Whoo-hoo ... five days and counting ...
- Ethan was a joy today ... good attitude, happy and just plain fun to be with!
- Making cookies with Ethan
- "Celebrating" Cinco de Mayo ~ eating at our favorite Mexican restaurant. It happened to be just Ethan and I as Matt was held up at work.
- Laundry done, folded and put away!
- Early to bed in hopes of a nice morning wog :).

I tried to talk Mike into going out for Mexican last night but we're trying to use up all the stuff in our pantry & fridge so we don't have to move it. We did have chips & salsa though.
I bet it was a good morning for a walk wasn't it? The only thing I've been getting up early to do is pack!
We had taquitos & spanish rice...authentic - no?
