A yummy start to the week ...

With a fabulously easy dinner ... which always makes me so happy, so I thought I would share the love and give you the recipes too ...

The first was found on Kelly's favorite recipe site, allrecipes.com. I was in search of a delicious french dip recipe and this one came through marvelously. And it couldn't be any easier ... it cooked into delicious goodness while we cleaned the house, I worked out, we played and made dessert.

We made our sandwiches on sourdough rolls and topped the roast beef with provolone cheese slices. Popped under the broiler until cheese melts and then enjoyed with a side of Au Jus.

Swirled Cheesecakes Nibbles ... that's a glorified name for mini-cheesecakes... were a delicious ending to the meal. Again really easy, but oh so good. I halved the recipe and was only able to get 11 mini-cheesecakes.

Enjoy!

We LOVE French Dip sandwiches but I usually do the super-easy kind. Those look really good though. Maybe I'll make them for Mike's parents this week. And cheesecake, mini or otherwise, is always good with me. :) Thanks for sharing!
