A new haircut and color ... and no, it hasn't been 10 years since I did either of those things ... only about 9 months (gasp)!! But, I haven't had bangs in almost 10 years. I started growing them out the day we got married and never looked back ...
Until now, and I'm not sure if I'm in love with them or if I totally remember why I grew them out. I have a bit of an "issue" with hair touching my face. Especially so if I'm cooking, cleaning, working in the yard ... you know, anything that requires more effort than sitting and reading a book ... at least these can be pinned back if need be. We'll see ... so far I've got mixed reviews ... from sexy and sassy to more sophisticated. Clearly the clerk at the Chevron station on Saturday night had a different opinion as she asked to see my ID when I purchased a lottery ticket?!?!
You just never know.
And now, back to cleaning ... exciting I know ;).

I love the cut (and the color), but I have to agree with the "hair touching my face" issue. I can hardly stand the little wispys touching me sometimes. That said, I do think that they look great on you. Just don't curl them under and fluff them up ;)
ok, so new chunky bangs girl here too. and I LOVE them. and this is why...when you want them to look good and cute and do what they're supposed to do, they look great! and then when you are sick of them, they are long enough to pin back. bobby pins are my new best friend. and I haven't had bangs since Kindergarten!!! I love the cut and color too! and nice self portrait
I like it too! I can't wait to see it tomorrow night in person. I did the bang thing and loved it. The growing out process was not as bad as I had remembered from bangs in the eighth grade. Your hair is so long! Even after being cut. I like it!

Love the new cut and color. I just got mine done Saturday too. Although my bangs are CONSIDERABLY shorter. They don't even make it half way to my eyebrows. LOL Although that's partly for the same reason of not liking hair in my face. I just go to the opposite extreme to avoid it. :)

Obviously I am a few days behind, but did read everything through Wednesday! I would love to comment on the picture but will have to wait until I get home. Apparantly it must be a little risque - as my firewall at work denies me access due to being sexually explicit in nature. However Ethan's almost exposed bum came through just fine! Funny!
