Oops ... I forgot to link you to the Pizza Carbonara. So there, now you have it ;).

My modifications were: Homemade pizza dough (so very easy with a KitchenAid mixer) and I didn't top it with parsley ... I think it's critical to use Pancetta (Italian bacon) and not American bacon. The flavor was so good and salty with was a perfect blend with the eggs & cheese.

1. The pizza looks DELISH... where exactly do you get pancetta?
2. Love the new look of your blog!
3. About that sunshine, I was so bummed that I missed it all, but was thankful for the warm breeze today as I "de-germed" the house. That lovely sun made it nice and easy to get this placed aired out.
4. Really, really love the pic of Ethan peeking over the couch.

Maybe I'll think about it...although I'd prefer Turkey bacon - do you think it will work? Looks delightful!!
