Day 10
We enjoyed a relaxed morning at home. I think I would be happy to live in my jammies and putter around this house 5 out of the 7 days in a week ... seriously. The house really needs cleaned, but there seems to be too many other, much more enticing, to-do's on the list. I knew Matt would be working late this evening, so E and I stopped by the store after school to treat ourselves to doughnuts for our dessert tonight. Mmmm. Then he finished a DVD (Magic School Bus) and we made our retro-snowflake ornaments (thanks Kelly), E took a bath and then I "tucked him up" into bed :). And I think I'm headed the same way, before 9PM ... just me and my new Christmas book, The Christmas List.
Day 9
After our sudden change in plan Tuesday, Wednesday was a welcomed quiet morning. After getting a few things checked off my list, Ethan and I snuggled up on the couch and read a pile of Christmas books that had been opened from the Christmas Book Basket. It is SO cold here right now that this was dreamy. Only problem is by the 7th or 8th book I was having a really hard time staying awake.
** Pictures still to come ... I promise ... sometime, so don't forget to scroll back :). **
Happy Thursday!

So are you actually doing a Dec daily? I haven't been keeping up with mine. The bones have been done for months, but haven't felt the inspo this month.
