Back to reality ...
And boy did that ever hit us hard as we made our trek back to the mainland. We left Monday evening and arrived Tuesday morning at approximately 5AM Maui time. After a short nap while Ethan was at preschool, we finally crashed after being up for most of the past 36 hours. I think we are just about caught up on sleep and adjusted back to MST.
After a visit to the doctor today to have my ear canal irrigated ... I'm feeling much better too. Between the snorkeling and my body's love of earwax (it just doesn't want to let the stuff go ... now aren't you glad you know that about me?!?) I felt like I was still under water. So my hearing is back and just for fun we got our flu shots too. Well not fun and really not fun for Ethan since he thought this was a "mommy" visit only. But after a few tears he recovered and asked for a "vanilla milk" from Starbucks as his treat. I kid you not, I asked him what he wanted for a treat and that is what he choose ... have we ruined him or what? It worked out well for me since I could hardly pay them a visit and not order a tea ... after all I had a shot too!
I've got so much "creative" stuff I want to get done, so we'll see if I'm able to this weekend. I need to put all our pictures in an online album, send some to Costco for some quick prints and pick out those I want to send to MPIX for the really nice printing. I'm also itching to start working on our Maui Album, using the Creating Keepsakes September Kit of the Month. One look at Ali's album using the kit and I was sold. And well I'd just like to do some scrapbooking too ... I've got lots of inspiration, two kits from Mosh Posh I have yet to touch and tons of photos to keep me going for awhile.

Sorry you've returned to the land of the non-vactioners....sounds like you had a great trip and lots to document in that fun little kit. BTW, did you see the mosh posh DT call?
I bet it was hard to come back to reality. Although seeing that little guy of yours probably made it a little easier :0) Can't wait to see the finished Maui Album. Have a happy crafting weekend!
Welcome home! We need to plan a girls night soon to look at all those great pictures!
Love the slideshow. I'm going to steal a different picture from it every day for my desktop background. I wish Brent and I could go on a tropical vacation, so I'll just live vicariously through your pictures!
