E - "Mom, what are those things called that grow along swamp beds that look like corn dogs?"
Me - "I think you mean cat tails."
E - "Why are they called cat tails? They don't look like cat tails, they look like corn dogs."
Me - "Well I think you're right ... but they probably didn't have corn dogs back when they named them that."
On Sunday, his Sunday school teacher was asking the kids what they thought their 'gifts' were ...
Ethan said, "Crafts like making things out of paper for people" and "Making people laugh." He then proceeded to pull play-do out of his sleeve and say it was a magic trick. The real magic? He'd been "holding" it in his arm pit until he let it go down his sleeve.

Happy Wednesday!

Ha ha ha!! That kid seriously says the funniest stuff. Him & Carson...what a pair! :)
Too much. TOO much! Play-doh in his armpit? I love that kid. Please let him know that Jim's mom gave us ALL his Lego's from childhood and we seriously have a HUGE Rubbermaid tote full (and some cool stuff, too!). We're primed and ready for a certain armpit hoarder to come over and play =)
I love to hear the things kids think about! Corn dogs and cat tails, to funny!!
