I can not believe that today is the 20th of March ... that tomorrow is Good Friday and Sunday is Easter ... am I the only one feeling rushed by how early this holiday is this year?
I did get called to jury duty yesterday ... and faced the realization that I have become a weak, weak person. I had to get up at 6:15AM!!! And I about died. Okay, maybe that's a bit dramatic, but boy has my body quickly forgotten the days of 5:30AM when I worked outside the home. Anyway, I made it, early in fact and got to go through the voir dire process. Interesting, very interesting ... however I was not picked, the last juror picked was the man sitting next to me. And I was so okay with that :). I grabbed bagel sandwiches and Starbucks as a thank you to Bethany for watching Ethan and enjoyed a nice lunch (with little miss birthday girl, Claire, too). But boy was a tired girl the rest of the day ... hence no blogging.
Today has been buys, but productive ... the highlight was making these cute treats for Ethan to take to preschool for a little "Easter" treat. They're rice krispy treats, formed in a Wilton cookie pan to create a "rice krispy pop." So cute with the little sprinkles and all wrapped up.
So there you have it ... very exciting, yes?

I'm hoping to use my wilton flower cookie pans to make fun sugar cookies tomorrow...that's if I finish my tax stuff today.
