Whatever it is ... it's causing us to move at a turtle's pace this week. I have an open calendar this week with almost no commitments ... which has allowed us to set our own pace for the day. Waking up when Ethan does, working out in the afternoon instead of the early morning, laying around in our jammies way past a normal hour, playing and reading books. And for a minute I was starting to beat myself up about it, but then I checked the calendar and realized we have just three precious weeks before we start pre-school. So we're enjoying our quiet time this week, looking forward to our time with Jessie in Oregon next week (me & Ethan are keeping her company before she heads back to school) and I'm sure the week before school will be spent getting caught up and ready for this new adventure.
I'm so looking forward to fall and all that it means for us ... we have some exciting stuff ... new experiences, travel and the hope of a new addition to our family. Lots to look forward too!
Alright, leaving you with a few new paper pages ... I've all but forgotten how to do digital. I better remember quick though ... I've got two pages due for Digital Artist Magazine by this weekend!

Cute layouts! My week has been the opposite... three lunch dates and an afternoon pool date (Claire's most anticipated!). I'm glad you're getting some good one on one time with Ethan before school starts.
