You've given up on my story of the keys in the ocean haven't you? Or maybe you've already read the news on another blog? Either way, true to my word (well at least the part about posting) here is my run down on our exciting trip to the ocean.
Started our adventure at Starbucks
Left Salem for Lincoln City
Shopped the outlets in Lincoln City
Stopped at an overlook and saw whales!
Went in for a closer look in Depot Bay
Stopped at the sea wall & parked
And then this threw (no pun intended) the whole day off ...
Clearly this is a re-enactment as I didn't really say "do it" the first time ;)
Yes, Matt got out, tripped
He, the new camera and the ONLY key to the car went fumbling toward the sea
The wall caught him and the camera
The ocean caught the keys
Bummer
Many hours later, we arrived safely back home
Quite the adventure
A great story adding to our very memorable trip to Oregon

Hmmm, I already posted a comment on this one. And I think there was someone else in between Bethany and me too. Hmmm...
Well I'll try again. This is really one of the funniest things I've heard in a long time. It would've been so great to be there but you and Jessie have done great retelling it for all to hear. :)
