Yummy goodness ...

So yesterday I had the pleasure of taking some photographs of little baby Max, while Jessica kindly watched Ethan. I can't believe the rate Max is growing ... he's quadrupled his birth weight in less than 4 months. Pretty impressive for such a tiny start ...

Having the morning "free" from Ethan and then having him take a three hour nap, left me feeling refreshed (well even more so after a little nap myself) and rejuvinated. So, when Matt called to say he wasn't going to be home in time for dinner, I decided to make homemade pretzels for dinner. Yes, just pretzels for dinner. Not healthy, but oh so delicious ... can't you almost taste their buttery goodness just looking at the photo. These are so easy and so delicious. The recipe is from Jenn, who got it from Lisa, who got it from King Arthur ... LOL.

Today was our errand day. With the ever increasing gas prices, I try to do one big run of errands all on one day ... today we hit 8 places in a matter of 3 1/2 hours. Whew ... Ethan and I were worn out ... hence another almost 3 hour nap. Now I'm not complaining, not one bit, but this is an oddity. Three days in a row of sleeping until 8AM and taking LONG naps. I guess I'll enjoy it while it lasts.

Two more days to get everything done before I leave for a whirl-wind road 4 day road trip ;).

Hey it's been a while since I checked your blogged, in fact too long I couldn't even read it all. Plus I kind of felt like I was spying on you or something. Just not used to this blogging yet.
Your hair looks great, I can't believe it got that long while we've been gone. The house is beautiful and so is Ethan, handsome I guess!
Did you ever finish your purse? You'll have to teach me. Hope all is well with your family and happy belated b-day.
