And in that honor, and similar to yesterday's post, let me give you a list of five "things" making me happy right now:
- A jumbo pack (25 to be exact) of glue sticks ... boy this makes me happy. Call me old-fashioned in the adhesive world, but I LOVE gluesticks and 25 ... more to love!
- Blue corn tacos ... a fun lunch today catching up with an old co-worker eating chips-n-salsa (which could be a number all to their own) and blue corn tacos ... Mmmmmm.
- "Kleenex" from Wal*Mart (their brand, not true Kleenex) in an adorable square green box with polka dots. Finally a tissue box that I don't want to hide ... it's just SO cute.
- My new desk lamp ... making my space feel all warm and "glowy"
- And the song "Juicy" by Better than Ezra ... it's the chorus man, "ah-ah-ah-ah ah-ah ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah, Juicy." And while I'm not entirely sure what they are singing about, I've read the lyrics and don't think there is any hidden "nasty" message in there. But please tell me if I'm naive on this one.
~Potty Talk~
Tomorrow I'm starting a few days of undie wearing for Ethan. He's been doing really well with going potty if we take him/remind him every few hours, but he isn't moving in the "I'll tell you BEFORE I have to go" direction. So, I'm hoping that maybe the undies will make him more aware. So, we'll be staying at home for most of those days as I do not wish to experience an accident in the car or in a store at this point ... I'm sure it's bound to happen, but I don't want to inflict that torture any sooner than necessary.
