Pictures ... Finally ...

And while they're not of Ethan, I think you'll still enjoy them :). These were taked last Friday when we got up VERY, VERY early (like 5:30AM ... which is too early in my stay at home mom world) to go see the balloons. This event has been going on for years in Boise. It started with the Boise River Festival many years ago and grew in size and popularity. When the river festival came to an end, the balloons kept their event going, calling it the Spirit of Boise.

It was a beautiful clear day and here are the pictures Matt captured. I have a few favorites that may just get blown up and framed ... the color is just amazing. I think in total there were about 40 balloons that launched out of the park the day we were there (the very last picture gives you the best idea of what this looks like). They are all in a very small area and just one by one blow up and take off ... very cool.

Happy Tuesday!

Those photos and arrangements are great. You should show them to the Spirit of Boise people, they would pay you good money for those pics for an ad or something. I am serious. Happy to see another post! I am always waiting anxiously!!!
