I can't believe it's been over 2 weeks since I posted on here. So much for posting a lot in July :).
I've been a bit busy with life ...
My little (and only) sister is officially a Mrs. Which meant the week leading up to the wedding (July 18th) was filled with lots of preparations, rehearsal dinners, decorating, etc. etc. etc.
Add to that my little mister, the ring bearer, coming down with strep throat and being diagnosed less than 24 hours before the wedding. After visiting the walk-in clinic, my mom, E and I (oh what a wonderful Mom/Grandma she is for being with E and I during this crazy time) came home to find the bride-to-be throwing up over and over. Thankfully, all went beautifully the next day. E was well enough to walk me down the aisle and Summer was feeling back to herself too.
The next few posts will share wedding photos, but I'm warning you now, there are not that many (not enough for an album to be created) and they are not that great. Between tending to E, being a matron of honor to my sister and Matt taking care of E during the reception, pictures were not at the top of my list. Thankfully I know the photographer did an excellent job and I can not wait to see all of those photos ... all 8+ hours of them!!
I'd like to say August will be a fresh start, but I hate to make promises ... ;). Happy Saturday!
