I rarely and I do mean rarely watch Oprah let alone suggest that someone else watch ...
But today, Kelly called and reminded me that it was all about "saving money" ... including a segment about coupon shopping.
If you miss it this afternoon, you can watch it again on 24/7 (if you're local) at 9PM tonight. I'd highly recommend it ... I appreciate how they've focused on how enriching and how fulling it can be to live not only within your means but below your means.
Tomorrow, I'll share my coupon saving from this week AND our own "plan/challenge" for limited spending for the next 2 months.
Happy Wednesday!

Maybe it's a good thing I was laying sick in bed. I wouldn't have known it was on otherwise :)
The only thing that I didn't like about that show was that I didn't really learn anything new. I know cutting out Starbucks and Mike brown bagging his lunch is going to cut down on money spent, I know the library rents DVDs, you know what I mean? I was also wondering if any stores around here double coupons? I kind of think that's an east coast thing. And how are we going to get Winco to take internet coupons? :)
I NEVER watch Oprah...mainly because I think that she is a little wacked but I DID watch last nights... it was REALLY great! Now only if they focused on finding joy in the Lord not things that would be even better... Ha!
Bummed I missed it, even one snippet of useful advise would've been good. I'll just have to depend on you to keep teaching me!
