Well, in health news, my arm seems to be better than yesterday, but still hurting. I was relieved to read the following, which at least reassured me I wasn't exaggerating all these symptoms that showed up:
Mild Problems
(Noticeable, but did not interfere with activities)
- Pain (about 3 in 4 adolescents and 2 in 3 adults)
- Redness or swelling (about 1 in 5)
- Mild fever of at least 100.4°F (up to about 1 in 25 adolescents and 1 in 100 adults)
- Headache (about 4 in 10 adolescents and 3 in 10 adults)
- Tiredness (about 1 in 3 adolescents and 1 in 4 adults)
- Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach ache (up to 1 in 4 adolescents and 1 in 10 adults)
- Other mild problems reported include chills, body aches, sore joints, rash, and swollen lymph glands.
We did manage to finish making our Candy Cane Cookies and we took some to Jeff & Bethany's where we enjoyed a nice dinner after the kids played for a few hours. Thanks for welcoming us over ... it made the evening go so much faster and Ethan was asleep before we got home!Oh and check out that new banner? Yes, the fall one, while short lived, just wasn't looking right with all this Christmas cheer ;). I used the free digital kit from 2P's to create this one ... pretty cute I think!
Well I'm off to cozy up with some hot chocolate, a cookie, the heating pad and my good book.
Happy Thursday to all of you!

Yeah, lucky you :( I'm so glad we were able to wear out Ethan the rest of the way for you... easy bedtimes are wonderful!
