I'm so glad that I was ready to start this month. I wasn't in a panic trying to get things together, wasn't rushing or feeling stressed ... I woke up to a decorated house, turned on the Christmas tree (oh how I love that glow of light) and was ready to not only start the week, but also the month and ready to enjoy each day.
- A typical Monday - running errands (Starbucks, Dropped off Bethany's Crocheting, Grocery Shopping, Post Office, Bank, Library)
- Ethan had a picnic lunch watching Magic School Bus
- I wrapped 21 books while E had quiet time.
- We went to my mom's work's children's Christmas party at the Idaho Center ... it was full of inflatable obstacle courses, slides, bounce houses, laser tag, etc. It also had a North Pole with Santa (Ethan opted not to visit), cookie decorating and crafts. They served a very kid friendly dinner of mini corn dogs, tater tots, veggies, fruit and yogurt.

I love when you post pictures. :)
Why didn't Ethan visit Santa? We don't get to see him until the end of the month and I think the boys (mostly Garrett) are going to have serious patience issues with that. Sounds like Christmas is off to a wonderful start in your home!
Claire has "If you take a mouse to the movies" and loves it. I like the idea of building up a good Christmas book collection and wrapping them up... maybe next year.
