December 2, 3 & 4 ...

Seriously?

I've got to get better at documenting this or the whole month will fly by. I'm going back and forth between wanting to live in the moment and wanting to document it. I think it might help if I had some cute cards to write down the details as we go and not stress about remembering for the blog later.

Whatever the case, here are two great pictures and a few things to remember:

  • Taking a felt ornament down every morning.
  • Opening a "Storybook Present" each night and reading the story. Tonight we read, This is the Stable.
  • Building a 3-D Stegosaurus (Kelly, you'll have to give me the 'correct' name ;) Skeleton.
  • Playdate and getting to take Claire with us to drop E at school today and then taking her home. I got a 30 minute "glimpse" of life with two children. I think I could do it :).
  • Watching "The Christmas Shoes" ... why must I torture myself like this. The message of this book/movie is just too much. So I also shed some tears and then snuck in a nap.
  • Our first holiday baking, Peanut Butter Blossoms, went to Kelly for a belated birthday treat.
  • Getting to see Grandma J twice this week!
  • Currently the house smells of Chex party mix. Yum! Another holiday favorite.
  • Matt has again worked way to much ... we got to see him Monday night and that was all ... which makes me look forward to the weekend.
  • A tiny bit of sewing going on, not as much as I'd like though ... need to get these orders wrapped up.

Happy Thursday!

Ethan looks like such a BIG boy in that first picture! He's just growing and growing, isn't he? Thanks again for taking on Claire. You may "borrow" her anytime ;)

That's exactly what I was thinking Bethany. Ethan is looking so much older.

You could totally do 2!
