Okay, so that's where the last four days went. We enjoyed our extended weekend with Matt home on Monday. The weekend was good and productive with out being over committed or over productive ;). I have several projects going ... my list keeps growing:
Christmas:
Felt Garland (90 % done)
Stockings (10% done)
Christmas Album (10% done)
Me:
Maui Album (15% done)
New Sweater (8% done)
House:
Wall Art (0% done)
Paint Mantel Matt made this weekend (5% done)
Paint accent wall/arch (5% done)
And I have about eight thousand things on my regular to-do list and Thanksgiving is a week a way and well, phew, I'm feeling overwhelmed if I think on too much of it. Oh wait, while feeling overwhelmed let me add that I'm also hosting Bunko this month and it's extra special since it's our 5 year anniversary AND I said I would host the appetizer round for a progressive dinner for our church Ladies Christmas party ... AND those two things both happen to be the week after Thanksgiving.
Oh and I plan to decorate the house next week ...
Oh and I want to deep clean some areas of the house before said events ...
Oh and I can't run right now due to my OLD body not cooperating and insisting on some down time ...
Oh and the cold weather makes me want to bake all morning, crawl in bed in the afternoon and knit the evening away while watching my favorite television.
Does anyone else see the conflict here?!?! Okay, it felt good to get all of that out ... and just so I don't leave you with this LONG and BORING post about my crazy life (and a little bit of a glimpse into my nutty mind) ... here is a layout I finished this weekend ... and I LOVE IT!

Oh ... I did have one more thing to share ... while it isn't huge news, it's a bit of fun recognition. I received an honorable mention for the Mosh-Posh Design Team call. I would have loved to have been selected for the team, but I think an honorable mention is very nice too ... and really as I just typed out the above, where would I fit in time for "have to" scrapbooking right now?!?!
Happy Wednesday!!

you are insane....just thought you should hear it from someone else!!!
that is alot of stuff going on. I'm not jealous. not one single bit!
In the midst of all you have to do I'm glad you found time -twice!- to drive out here! Anytime you need a break (and don't mind adding something else to the koolaid, bubble gum and dirt Ethan is exposed to while here :)) you can come over and hold Graham all you want. :)
I forgot to add - great layout too! :)
You are wearing me out just thinking of all YOU have to do. I haven't even begun to think on what I have to do, and yes, Thanksgiving is a week away! How did that happen! Aaaahhhh.
I LOVE your LO. So glad you wrote those phrases down - perfect. Congrats on the Mosh-Posh honor - although they should have picked you 1st - what were they thinking? :)
Loves!
Wow, you are one busy gal! Can't wait to see all those finished projects (so you better share :) ). Great LO and congrats on the honorable mention, that's exciting!
Holy Moly girl! You're crazy busy. Thanks for fitting me in ;)
congrats on the MP runner up!
I hear you with that to do list...I'm right there with ya trying to do to many things!
can you post a picture of your felt garland when you are done with it? I am really curious to see what it looks like. It sounds cool. (and I agree, you are doing too much stuff!)
