I an effort to remember the precious things that Ethan is saying right now, I'm writing them down here ...
He has started to ask to pray (rather than us pray with him) ... and so far, the prayer has gone like this, "Lord, Jesus, thank you for today. Lord, Jesus, help me get better." I just love his little voice as he says it ...
When talking about his upcoming birthday party, he quickly told us, "Presents not for Jesus." He wanted to make sure they were all for Ethan. LOL. And when he talks about his "whesents" he tells me, "You make me more presents, mommy?"
Throughout the day I hear ...
"you like this face, mommy?"
"you like this voice, mommy?"
"me obey, me obey"
"do my work A LOT" or "me want A LOT of ..." or
"me do work ALL DAY"
It all just cracks me up ...
