So long, farewell ...

I think I'll bid ado ... is that how it goes?!?

I've been in overdrive the last few days, getting ready for a much needed BREAK from "life" as I know it day to day.

In the last two days I've ... cleaned the house;washed, folded and put away clothes; gone to several stores, the bank, the post office and the library; figured out how to thread the serger my SIL via my MIL gave me; serged the seams on five of my summer blouses; finished a big Knitty Bitties order; made blueberry muffins; got the car washed and vacuumed the car; swept/vacuumed the garage; gotten house sitting arranged; paid bills; played Bunko and in between all of those was mommy and wife too!

So this isn't the post I had planned, there are no pictures (the spin art will have to wait), no cute "Happy Mail" icon (although I think I *might* be able to get someone to help me out with this), but you know, that's okay ... this is just a blog, right? And in the bigger picture of life it just means I'm busy living life and I'm just fine with that.

This blog is officially on vacation ... which doesn't mean there won't be any posts (well it might) but they might be few and far between all the fun and relaxation we plan on having over the next few weeks!!
