So Monday didn't go as hoped, wished or prayed for ... and Monday was a bit of a sour day, Tuesday was maybe the lemonade minus the sugar and today is getting closer to our everyday lemonade. I do have much to be thankful for ... I KNOW that I am blessed and just have to remember to add more sugar when the sour comes around :).
I've done a bit of sewing the last couple days and I *think* I hinted that you might be seeing more of my aprons. Well, I finished the "sample apron" using the new pattern, a pattern I can use to make more aprons ... to sell :). BUT, given that this was a sample and there are a few "flaws" that will keep me from feeling like I can sell it at 100% of it's worth ... I'm offering up quite a deal to you my blog readers.
Here is a hint of what it looks like ...
Now I want to get a photograph of it on a person, most likely me, but don't have time to do that today. So when I get that done I'll share it with all of you and then I'll offer the apron up to the first poster (I'll give you the date/time to "bid" if you will to make it more fair) who wants it for the very low price of ... you'll just have to wait and see :). I'd love to give it away, but a girls gotta at least get a little back in the PayPal account to buy more fabric and make more aprons.
Also, I'd like to get some feedback from ya'll on a few things before I put these sweeties up in Etsy, so I'll ask those tomorrow too.
Lastly, this is the other apron I just finished as a gift ... don't you LOVE the fabric? I'll be getting more of this for sure. Sadly I'm not able to sell aprons using this pattern (it's for personal use only), but I'll be sure to make one for my shop with those fabrics. YUM!

I'm SO glad you've graduated to lemonade already! And the aprons are ADORABLE! Maybe by tomorrow your lemonade will get a sweet shot of raspberry :)
