Or my eyes are swimming in my head ... or something of the likes ... all I know is between a lot of time on the computer, cutting fabric and sewing fabric ... me ojos are tired :).
So this is going to be short and sweet before tomorrow's big "creative" re-cap :).
I did pick up a pattern today for girls aprons and hope to work on that soon ... but I have a few orders I need to get out (yea) and then I have to take a mini-hiatus, so it'll probably be early February when I get to experiment a little. Thank you for the suggestions though ... excited to try some new things :).
And a totally random, unrelated story ... did any of you LOVE book oders? Well I for one though that it was the best ... looking through, picking out and then being surprised when they showed up in class?
What ... are you having a little chuckle right now? Reminiscing? Or because I just wrote book "oders" .. :). Yep, that's what I used to write on the little white envelope that held the order and check. Makes me smile each time I do Ethan's book order. Yes, even in pre-school they get to do book orders and guess what ... I'm the new "book order mom" ordering for all the classes. How fun is that? I get to try it out tomorrow ... too funny (I know my mom will be laughing when she reads this!).
Alright, off to rest my eyes, or cut more fabric (:P). Happy Thursday!!

i did indeed love book orders and book fairs....I know another mom who was in charge of her daughter's book fair this fall and her 6 year old thought that meant she could have all the books she wanted!

I was IN LOVE with book orders. I know I'm going to love it when Claire gets to order... I'm giddy just thinking about it :)
I think one of my favorite parts of kindergarten is the book order. I loved the book order when I was little and I love it now. We have one sitting on the counter right now just waiting to be ordered from.
I'm happy to hear a little girl version is on the way. But what about a boys version? I need some of both. :)
Oh and on the P.S. - I used to look so forward to Thursday nights and now they're so disappointing. Survivor will be back soon but I miss The Office and Grey's. *sigh
hee hee..."book oders" too funny! We just sent off Sara's yesterday--to the tune of twenty bucks!! She loves to read and even paid with her own money! Neat.
I am so happy to hear about the upcoming "girl" aprons! I was going to talk to you about that, imagine that!?! I thought it'd be cute to get somewhat matching aprons for me and the girls. You know you already have 1 or should I say 3 sells here ;o)
