Getting crafty ...

I'm not sure if it sounds trivial or fluffy to say that I'm grateful for crafts, but I am.
The bigger picture is that I'm grateful that God designed me with a desire and passion to make things ... things to warm our home, things that Ethan will carry through his childhood memories and into adulthood and things to bless others.

And on this fun night, Jess and I created these adorable yarn & felt wreaths while watching a mushy (with a side of cheesey) chick flick, Letters to Juliet (despite the mush and cheese we thought it was a way cute movie). Want to know more about the wreath? You can see my other post over here or visit the tutorial here.

Can you guess where it's hanging? On the door to my creative escape :).

Happy Wednesday!

I think it's perfectly okay to be grateful for that! And your talents have truly blessed the lives of others. I can think of a beautiful table runner, delivered by surprise, to brighten some very dark days. In my book, that's definitely worth gratitude.
