Anyway, we got up early to take a quick trip downtown to watch the 'Spirit of Boise' balloon festival before E had to be at school.
I can't tell you how happy it makes me that this event has returned after three years of not running. I have such fond memories of my early morning commute into downtown during the days of 'River Festival' and seeing the balloons dot the sky.
It was a beautiful morning.

I was also so happy to see it return! I think we're going to try to go Sunday before church! I didn't even think about going before school!
And I get up at 5:30 not 6:30. 6:30 is sleeping in :)

So happy to see you went!! And Friday morning looked perfect - wish I could've been there instead of at work :) Maybe next year I will plan a morning off and go - or get Dad up early and go Saturday morning. Hope the rest of your week-end is as great as your start to it!
