Happy Easter!

This is a day late ... Blogger and Picasa didn't want to play nice yesterday and I was too tired to edit photos in Photoshop :D.

I wish I had a great shot of the three of us all dressed up and in our "Easter Sunday" best, but I don't. It's okay though, because I have a living room full of beautiful new photos of our family that I picked up last Thursday. :D

We had a great weekend spent with both sides of our family. Friday Ethan and I hung out with my sister, had a delicious lunch at our favorite place, scrapbooked and then headed out to my parents house to spend the night. My mom, sister and I finished our evening off together looking through old photo albums. Lots of laughs and great memories. Saturday I was up bright and early to go get a cut/color (I haven't had my hair cut in 8 months ... yikes). Two hours later, with 7 fewer inches of hair and some golden highlights and I was a new girl :). Then my sister and I enjoyed a run together before Ethan and I headed home to Matt.

And a peek at what the Easter Bunny (which is just a good legend, you know?) left for Ethan. A Dr. Seuss book, new p.j. pants made by me (aka The Easter Bunny), new colored pencils, a Dove dark chocolate bunny (which is really for Matt) tucked into the little egg pocket I sewed up, and two small treats.

I hope your weekend was filled with lots of love, laughter and rejoicing in the fact that our Savior has risen (He has risen indeed :D) giving us eternal hope!
