... of the fun this little boy had at the beach. On one of the most beautiful days I've been witness to on the Oregon Coast. I can't even tell you the joy it brought me watching my two boys soak in the beauty of the sand and sea ... in fact I'm not sure which one of them enjoyed it more.

(Sand Angels ... oh yes all you nay sayers, my child played in the sand and spread it all around, getting into every nook and cranny of his body ... and he loved it ... and I loved watching!)

I've often become rather "blase" about the Oregon Coast. It's somewhere I've visited almost annually since I was a small child (my grandparents lived near the coast for many years) ... but just like so many other aspects of my life, living experiences through the eyes of your children brings so much wonderment, excitement and happiness.
I've got a few more fun photos (I have a TON of photos actually, but I'll only bore you with a few more :) to share from our Oregon adventures ... I need to blog about them before they become old news. After all, we're headed back there in less than 2 weeks!

Yea Ethan! He played in the dirt! And look at all the fun he's having! It's amazing what fun boys can have with a stick and some dirt.
I like his boots too. :)
He looks like such a big boy in those pictures! I keep wanting to keep him in the toddler category, but he just won't stay! I'm glad you all had fun. We had fun with you two today as well, thanks for the great time :)
