Funny question, right? Well, mine has been SO much better lately ... and while my husband doesn't believe me, I'm convinced it's because of the drop in temperature.
For one thing, I don't have to get up at midnight and open windows, hoping to cool the house down. We haven't had to run our a/c all night, due to hot balmy nights or smoke, for over a week now. And just to confirm this wasn't all in my head, I did a quick search on the optimal sleeping temperature. The two studies I looked at both said, under 70 degrees, one said 65 was optimal.
I have to agree because being able to have blankets on (there's something about the weight of the covers that makes me sleep better too) and a cool room has done wonders for my sleep ... which in turn has done wonders for my attitude.
Hoping you're sleeping better too ... ahhh, lovin' the fall weather rolling in.

You are absolutely right! I have been sleeping much better too... I love to have a ton of blankets on me too. I can't wait to break out the electric blanket as well. There's nothing better than a preheated bed :)
Two posts in two days?? You're spoiling us! :)
I 100% agree with you. I sleep so much better when it's cold and the blankets are piled on. The boys have been sleeping better too. For those of us who's children have not been blessed with Ethan's amazing sleep abilities, it a wonderful thing!
even down here in california it is getting cooler. it is still 90+ during the day, but our apartment was 71 when I woke up this morning, and we have no cross ventilation to cool the house down at night. we are all sleeping better. and I got to use my cozy blanket for the first time last night! It has been in the storage ottoman since March!
