Mmmm ... got me some good baby lovin' today when my dear friend Bethany called me to see if they could come by and bring me yummy lunch. Babies and food, hello! What a nice surprise to a great day. Little Miss Claire is almost 8 weeks old. I can hardly believe ... time is moving too fast.
Beautiful day here ... perfect spring/early summer weather. Went walking which felt good. I'm starting to actually want to go which is a good sign. I've kicked it up and instead of walking the whole time, I run, then walk, run, then walk. Our neighborhood has a great walking path so I run from one street to the next, then walk, etc. Gets the heart rate up and varies the routine. Not up for full on running yet ...
Lunch was a bagel & cream cheese and corn & bacon chowder ... uhm, delicious ... and corn and potatoes count as veggies ... right? ;).
Happy Wednesday ... I've just got home from waxing and will leave you thinking about that before I divulge more tomorrow!
Today Stats:
- Exercised 30 minutes
- Drank A LOT of water and ZERO soda
- Didn't do as well on fruits & veggies ... better tomorrow
- Feeling good

Kelly showed me your blog, hope you don't mind. It is cute! I am actually looking into joining blogspot, the site I use now (typepad) charges $50/year and free is always better. I am in the middle of a free trial so we'll see. Very nice blog though, and cute pics of Claire, she is such a doll!
