So of course the whole "healthier choices" thing went by the way side while on vacation ... but I tried to pick it up today.
I did:
- exercise for more than 30 minutes
- drink water - not a full 64oz but a lot in addition to a lot of iced tea ;)
- NOT eat very well ... hardly any fruits or veggies

well that's awesome of you to get in excercize and water. The consistancy matters more than if you ate perfectly, kwim? I am sitting here thinking about a huge bowl of cereal I don't need, even though I just powerwalked 3 miles. It's hard to say no somedays!
I love the photo trio that you posted below. You take such great photos. I'm going to hit you up when I pick out my camera (soon)
