Today I feel like the burden of the list has been lifted :). Sure I'll still have a few things on my list each day (a girls got to have a to-do list), but nothing like the craziness of October and November.
For that I am OH SO VERY THANKFUL.
And here's a "Ten on Tuesday" about what I'm thankful I'll be able to-do now that many of my have-to-do's are done.
- Run - I haven't been able to run in weeks and I'm really missing it. I think I've rested my ankle enough and now have time to start making it a priority again.
- Read - I haven't read a book in forever. I love to read but lately find my reading is in the forms of blogs during the day and snippets from magazines (oh the stack of magazines next to my bed) at night. I have a Nicholas Sparks book ready to read and I'll be looking for one or two "Christmas" reads :).
- Sew for fun - I've had so many have to's that I can't wait to work on Christmas gifts and my own list of projects for the month of December. So glad I decided to not take any custom orders.
- Blog - I really do miss blogging and hope that December is full of good posts.
- Rest - I want to get into a more consistent daily schedule. This is an on going challenge of mine.
- Paperwork - okay I'm not looking forward to this, but thankful to have the time to get it all done and ready for taxes in the new year.
- Keep the laundry caught up ... HA! This one may never happen.
- Deep cleaning - I really shouldn't be thankful for this and it may not really happen, but the idea of tackling a few projects like blinds and showers seems nice.
- Painting - I'd love to get the half bathroom painted and 're-decorated.'
- Organize - My sewing room is in great need of some organizing. Purging, folding, sorting, etc. I also need to organize the layout of it a bit better to be more productive in the coming year.
Check back tomorrow for my last two ideas for helping generate the thankful spirit in your family.
Happy Tuesday!

#11. Go see Jessie. :) Oh & buy her a present...
I would love to help you reorganize your sewing room! Let me know when and I'll be there!
Sounds like a list mixed with fun and not so fun goodies. I'm looking forward to this long holiday weekend for a little me time. I hope to tackle my stack of magazines, clean up my scrap room and have some quality pj time. Happy Thanksgiving!
I seriously need to get back into the running thing! My biggest problem is that it gets dark so early now and I used to run in the evenings when Jeff got home. Guess I will have to dust off that gym membership card. Not the same as running outside but it sure is better than what I do now! :D Happy Thanksgiving!
#12 - Babysit Bethany ;)
